TRUTH
We put Christ at the center of our curriculum and worldview.
TRANSFORMATION
We catalyze students’ faith to become leaders in their community.
TRANSPARENCY
We strive for authenticity in relationships among students, parents and staff.
What We Offer
Our Christ-centered curriculum harmoniously blends various subjects, creating a unified and scalable learning experience for families of all sizes.
At Bridge Christian Academy, we prioritize spiritual growth by providing opportunities for service projects, outreach, chapels, and worship. We place significant emphasis on Bible teachings and foster spiritual development through individual class teachings as well as inviting local guest pastors to lead chapel services.
While Bridge is independent, it is supported by a network of other Christian hybrid startups with similar vision and Directors in Prayer. Regular calls and a diverse board ensure accountability and strategic planning.
Our learning approach shifts away from traditional textbooks and worksheets to living books, which foster a love for literature of exceptional quality.
During campus time, there is a focus on core subjects, including Math, Language Arts, Writing, History, and Science.
Our school operates on a four-day week, two days on campus, and two days at home, Monday-Thursday, providing enhanced flexibility and ample opportunities for community interaction, Friday field trips, and extended weekends.
We create an empowering environment for parents, enabling them to actively participate in and contribute to their children’s homeschooling journey effectively.
OUR VISION
Our mission is to act as a bridge that fosters connections between the home and the community, and guiding both towards a Christ-centered life. We firmly believe that education is more than just the transmission of information—it is a transformative journey. With Christ at the core of our curriculum and worldview, our vision is to ignite faith within our students and mold them into community leaders who embody love, authenticity, and truth.
Key Distinctives
Bridge is a blend of Classical and Charlotte Mason methodology and pedagogy. This is conveyed in a four year history cycle, living books, narration and an emphasis on time outdoors.
Families of any size can grow together. By teaching certain subjects together instead of separately, we create a more harmonious homeschool experience, fostering peace and cohesion.
Community is key! Bridge families are called to homeschool but also LOVE the community from a student and family level!
We create various opportunities for spiritual growth through service projects, outreach, chapels, and worship. The Bible holds a central place in our curriculum, rather than being treated as an addendum.
Living books serve as the foundation of learning, replacing traditional textbooks and worksheets. During campus time the primary focus is on Math, Language Arts, Writing, History, and Science.
We have strategically mapped our curriculum to accommodate a four-day school week, rather than spreading out subject matter across five days.
Our aim is to empower parents in creating an enriching and fulfilling homeschooling experience at home. We strive for our families to feel successful in their homeschooling days rather than feeling like failures or taskmasters.
Statement of Belief
We believe in one God existing in triune quality: the Father (God), The Holy Spirit, and the divine personhood of Jesus.
As a collective, we acknowledge Jesus as the necessary sacrifice, paving the way for a personal relationship with God and providing the atonement for our sins, leading to eternal salvation. We not only honor Jesus for the exemplary life He lived as God incarnate, as documented in the Bible, but also for His divine nature that inspires us to live counter-culturally and authentically. We strive to create a community that reveres His name and reflects His compassionate heart.
Our belief in the authority of the Bible drives us to intentionally study and internalize its teachings, recognizing it as God’s letter to humanity—a sacred source where we can encounter Him most profoundly.
We understand that as professing Christians, our spiritual growth is refined through relationships within our community. We humbly embrace this transformative process together, seeking to align our lives with those whom God has placed in our midst.
With utmost dedication, we commit to raising our children in a manner that instills a deep understanding of God’s truth, teaching them to honor and obediently follow His teachings. Our goal is to equip them to discern His voice amidst the clamor of society.
We believe this calling extends beyond our individual homes. It is part of a larger purpose to manifest God’s Kingdom here and now. As parents, we recognize our role in nurturing our faith, contributing to the healing and vitality of future generations.
Together, we embark on a journey of faith, seeking to honor God, follow Jesus, and empower our children to become faithful stewards of His truth, bringing healing and strength to our ever-evolving faith community.

Important Information & FAQs
Families enrolled in Bridge are taking part in a unique and collaborative partnership opportunity that allows for two days of a drop-off on campus and two days of homeschool. Fridays are intended to be an extension of the homeschooling experience. There will be an emphasis on enriching field trips to bolster the current learning objectives and other various ways to build connections with peers and their families.
Bridge has campus drop off days on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is a more efficient way of managing the hybrid homeschool experience. This approach will infuse concentrated learning on the front end of the week, which hopefully lightens the load on parents for their home days. Parents are expected to guide and facilitate learning on homeschool days, but Bridge highly values life-long learning and meaningful engagement.
Yes, lesson plans will be provided as a guide, but with a priority placed on an engaging experience at home. Some work on home days may be preparing for the upcoming campus days, especially in regards to history and geography. When parents enroll their student(s) at Bridge, they are still the primary teacher.
The yearly tuition is $3530 per year and there is an option for it to be paid in ten payments from July 1st until April 1st. Tuition is a yearly commitment and should you choose to withdraw, a 45 day notice of withdrawal is required.

We seek to take some of the “overwhelm” of homeschool off your plate! That means messy science, engaging history projects, hands-on learning, group problem solving in math and rich discussions about History, Literature and Writing.
ABSOLUTELY! The main inspiration for this program came from a need amongst the homeschoolers in the area to grow deeper in community while also desiring a more holistic and realistic framework for home. Bridge families see the long game of homeschool, and desire an experience at home that isn’t just full of worksheets and busy work. The beauty of homeschool is the ability to adapt as you need for YOUR family. We hope to provide you a framework that guides and directs you as a parent, but allows for freedom and flexibility. This is a program built with multiple kids and multiple ages in mind.
Bridge is a Homeschool Enrichment Program. Therefore, the parent retains the primary responsibility for their student and needs to be familiar with homeschooling requirements at the local and state level. If using Bridge, your student will need to either be enrolled in a homeschool charter program (such as Pacific Coast Academy or Freedom Academy) or you as the parent will need to file a Private School Affidavit. There are a litany of resources regarding this matter, and the first place we recommend you visit is https://hslda.org/legal.
Yes, students wear uniforms when on campus. This allows our staff to easily identify students that are enrolled at Bridge. Our guidelines are simple: gray, white, navy or hunter green polo shirts, and khaki or navy pants/skirts/shorts/jumpers. We also have a fun plaid!
No, due to not being a school, we do not request any medical files for the students. Your student may attend regardless of vaccination status.
